Tell us. How would you define yourself as a person?
I define myself as a sociable person who is helpful and hardworking. I enjoy talking and helping people; I like to work for what I want.
How would you define the word success?
A happy result from obtaining what you want.
What is your goal in life?
My goal in life is to continue advancing to the top of my team's hand.
When hearing the word “nice” what is the first thing that comes to mind?
When I hear the word “nice” what comes to mind is something good, something beautiful, something of quality and something satisfactory.
What was it that motivated you to start your business with Nice & Bella?
What motivated me to start my business with Nice & Bella was seeing the quality of the jewelry. I fell in love with Nice & Bella after that. When I started doing business I realized that I had very fast financial results!
Being nominated to win a ML award speaks of having done a great job. What are 5 tips that you would give someone who is just starting?
Let them fall in love with jewelry and wear it.
Do not be afraid to invest because everything is sold.
Have a good attitude and good presentation and be punctual.
Always have clean and tidy samples.
Always talk to the truth, invite people to the business to help them have a better lifestyle.
If you could go back in time and give yourself advice when first signing the Nice distributor contract, what would you tell yourself?
If I could go back in time I would tell myself:
"Don't let anyone be a stumbling block to reach the goal."
Mention your most important achievements as a nice distributor:
My most important achievements as a Nice & Bella distributor are that I have found myself and realized that you do not need to be a professional or have a high rank to excel. I’ve had the first place in sales within the USA as a Gold rank distributor, my 2017 truck, 6 nominations as an Executive Gold distributor and I am participating for another car 2019. I thank God and the Litchi Family for this opportunity.

Cuéntanos ¿cómo te defines como persona?
Yo me defino como persona sociable, servicial y trabajadora. Me gusta hablar y ayudar a las personas; Me gusta trabajar por lo que quiero.
¿Cómo defines la palabra éxito?
Yo defino la palabra éxito como un resultado feliz por obtener lo que se desea.
¿Cual es tu objetivo en la vida?
El objetivo de mi vida es seguir avanzando hasta la cima de la mano de mi equipo.
Cuando escuchas la palabra “nice” ¿Qué es lo primero que se te viene a la mente?
Cuando yo escuchó la palabra “nice” lo que se me viene a la mente es algo bueno, algo bonito, algo de calidad y algo satisfactorio.
¿Qué fue lo que te motivó a iniciar tu negocio con Nice & Bella?
Lo que me motivo hacer el negocio con Nice & Bella fue al ver la calidad de la joyería, me enamoré de Nice & Bella. Cuando empecé a hacer el negocio me di cuenta que tenía resultados financieros muy rápido.
El ser nominado a ganar un premio ML habla de que has realizado un gran trabajo. ¿Cuáles son los 5 consejos que le brindarías a alguien que va iniciando?
Los 5 consejos que yo le daria a alguien que va a iniciarse son:
Que se enamoren de la joyería y la usen.
Que no tengan miedo a invertir porque todo se vende.
Que tengan buena actitud y buena presentación y sean puntuales.
Que siempre tengan los muestrarios limpios y ordenados.
Que siempre hablen con la verdad, que inviten a personas al negocio para ayudarlas a tener un mejor estilo de vida.
Si pudieras regresar el tiempo y darle un consejo a ti misma que firmó el contrato de empresario Nice & Bella, ¿qué le dirias?
Si yo pudiera regresar el tiempo me diría a mi misma.
“No permitas que nadie sea piedra de tropiezo para llegar a la meta.”

Los logros más importantes que he tenido como empresaria son:
Me he realizado como persona, me he dado cuenta que no necesitas ser profesionista ni tener un rango alto para sobresalir, siendo rango Oro tuve el primer lugar en ventas dentro USA, mi camioneta 2017, 6 nominaciones con mi rango de Oro ejecutivo y estoy participando para otro auto 2019.
