Her life journey led her to become a thriving entrepreneur with Nice & Bella. We couldn’t be more proud of everything she is accomplishing and has yet to accomplish! 1. ¿Cómo se enteró de Nice & Bella?

   Por un amigo, que me dio el número de teléfono de mi líder, Gerardo Domínguez, ahora doble Diamante SL. Hable con el y me dijo, que Nice ya estaba en USA y que próximamente iba a ser el Aniversario de Nice en México. Me invito y asistí al Aniversario. Ahí fue donde quede completamente convencida de hacer Nice, ahora Nice & Bella.

2. ¿Qué te inspiró a comenzar tu propio negocio de Nice & Bella?

   Tener libertad y disposición de mi propio tiempo, tener la oportunidad de comenzar mi propio negocio y de poder apoyar a más personas que logren sus sueños.

3. ¿Qué oportunidades te ha brindado esta nueva aventura?

   La oportunidad de ser mujer empresaria, de conocer y convivir con gente extraordinaria y abrirme paso en el mundo de los negocios. Me siento muy bendecida con Nice & Bella.

4. ¿Cuál es su consejo para alguien que está considerando convertirse en un distribuidor?

   ¡No pienses! Toma la decisión. El que no arriesga no gana. Hazlo para que tengas un mejor estilo de vida junto con tu familia. ¡¡¡Tú te mereces lo mejor!!! No estás solo, sola. Cuentas con el apoyo de los lideres, la persona que te dio la oportunidad y la compañía. Escucha y se enseñable para tener excelentes resultados. Únete a la familia Nice y Nice & Bella.

5. ¿Cómo equilibras tu negocio de Nice & Bella con todos los demás aspectos de tu vida?

   Organizándome con mi agenda. Y en primer lugar doy prioridad a Dios, la familia y mi negocio. El negocio lo hago alrededor de mis actividades.

6. ¿Cuál sería la lección más valiosa aprendida de esta experiencia hasta ahora?

   Es que debo de persistir, resistir, apasionarme, creer y confiar en mí. Trabajar en equipo y hacer lo mejor para el resto de mi vida.

7. ¿Qué más quieres que la gente sepa sobre Nice & Bella?

   Que hay una excelente oportunidad para todos para que comiencen su propio negocio. Que una Empresa 100% mexicana (joyería fina, artesanal) está abriendo las puertas para quienes quieran lograr el sueño americano. Y que la Familia Litchi son seres humanos de gran corazón. Sencilla y Humilde.

1. How did you get to know about Nice & Bella?

   I had already known about it when I got to Chicago, from a friend who already had his own business with Nice. She loved the jewelry and the sets. Then, after finding a leader here in Chicago, they spoke about the trips which got me more excited!

2. What inspired you to start your own Nice & Bella business?

   I wanted to be my own boss; I don’t like bosses. I wanted to help people economically, help people become entrepreneurs.

3. What opportunities has this new venture afforded you?

   I’ve gained personal and spiritual growth. I’ve learned to make clear decisions in order to complete my goals.

4. What's your advice for someone considering becoming a distributor?

   To not think about it, just make the decision! All jobs and businesses that you want to start come with challenges. We must go through a process and really fall in love, be passionate and do the job with all your might. Make the decision! Without risk, there is no win.

5. How do you balance your Nice & Bella business with every other aspect of your life?

   Organizing and programming myself. For example, I have family that doesn’t believe in what I do. It’s very hard to put my phone aside and not share this job with them. I work a lot on myself spiritually, praying to God to keep me going. If you have family like this, make the decision and do it seriously because at the end of it all, they will see the difference in the job you are doing. My family believes it’s a pyramid scheme, but family will have their opinions and it doesn’t matter. I keep going with what I do. All you have to do is show yourself that you can do it, believe in yourself before anyone else!

6. What would be the most valuable lesson learned from this experience so far?

   The lesson learned is to be persistent. Keep being persistent, fighting! It is possible making a career with this company. You don’t have to go to Mexico, you have the opportunity to work with a company that’s 100% Mexican here in the United States and make dollars!

7. What else would you want people to know about Nice & Bella?

   I would love for people to see how truly simple this business is, how humble and that it comes from a simple family, the Litchi’s. What they want and look for in us, is for us to be great entrepreneurs; men, women to start their own business. The business is super simple, but we are human, and we have to listen and let ourselves be guided. Sometimes you won’t get the best responses, it all depends on how you communicate.

“At 54, I feel the happiest woman because I know that happiness is inside me. I am making changes in my life, working on spiritual and personal growth. Thanks to my leaders Gerardo Dominguez and Lety Montoya, Double Diamond SL, and to my wonderful team, because without them I couldn’t achieve the Executive Gold level. I love them! We come to this life to fulfill a mission, a purpose, a service..We work together, "unity makes strength."”
